Creative Practitioners

We are looking to take on a range of freelance creative practitioners across the breadth of visual arts, performing arts, and crafts. Equally, we’d love to hear from qualified arts, music, drama, or dance therapists. We are seeking skilled and passionate individuals who ideally have experience in delivering participatory arts programmes.

Our Arts for Wellbeing workshops and projects are all about being inclusive, accessible, and adapted to meet the needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities. We’d love for anyone with past experience in this area of work to join us!

At Boundless, we invite adults with a learning disability (AWLD) to join us in co-designing, co-creating, and co-producing programs together! Therefore, knowledge of co-creative practices and experience in collaborative project development would be beneficial.

If you would like to find out more about working with us to deliver on our mission we’d love to hear from you!

Health and Wellbeing Practitioners

We are now seeking health and wellbeing coaches to help us support the emotional, mental, and physical health of adults with learning disabilities (AWLD). We are also looking for freelance practitioners who deliver activities like keep fit classes, yoga, tai chi, mindfulness, and meditation.

Our Health and Wellbeing projects and workshops focus on being inclusive, accessible, and specially designed to meet the needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities. If you have experience in this area, we would be thrilled to have you join us!

AWLD face specific barriers, making it more difficult for them to engage in physical exercise, and access appropriate healthcare and community services. It would be great for applicants to understand these challenges so we can work together to reduce barriers to participation. If you would like to work with us to deliver on our mission we’d love to hear from you!

Who do we partner with

Our goal is to foster a society where adults with learning disabilities (AWLD) can live healthy happy lives, without barriers, and have boundless opportunities to thrive. We want to work with a variety of partners to make a meaningful impact, spark social change, and deliver on our mission.

partner with us

You can collaborate with us to co-design workshops, programs, exhibitions, performances, and events. You can also work with us to enhance equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the creative sector. We aim to offer mentoring and professional development for historically underrepresented communities, especially neurodivergent or disabled individuals.

You can also invest in our work with our community through sponsorships, grant matching and resource-sharing. We’d also love your support to enable AWLD to gain real-world work skills through work experience, internships, voluntary and paid positions.

You can collaborate with us to provide innovative mental health and physical wellbeing services for AWLD. Our goal is to strengthen community connections, improve signposting, and enhance accessibility of local health services. We also aim to jointly offer activities and resources to promote healthy lifestyle choices for our participants

Additionally, we would like to team up with community groups, community organisers, and other third-party organisations to deliver projects or events. We want to foster community integration, raise awareness of AWLD’s talents, and reduce stigmas and stereotypes. If you are passionate about the rights of AWLD then we can join forces to promote a more inclusive society.

Partner with us

At Boundless, we’re looking to partner with like-minded organisations. Our focus is on creating sustainable, impactful programs that deliver meaningful benefits for our participants and the wider community. We are committed to establishing long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships based on shared goals. We believe in co-creating with participants, and we also engage with our community partners throughout the planning, development, documentation, and reflection stages of our programs. This collaborative approach enables us to share skills and knowledge, integrate best practices, and cultivate innovation.
